Three lodges (5-story, 4-story and 3-story) 100,000 sq.ft. buildings featuring concrete shear walls, precast concrete panels, curtain walls, and foundations constructed on 80 ft. long auger cast piles.
The project received the 1999 Regional Excellence Award of St. Louis Construction News.
