Pillar Design Group, Inc. performed a structural conditions survey and evaluation of the deteriorated concrete and improvements / repair design for the nine-level concrete pan-joist and post-tensioned parking structure. Pillar Design Group, Inc.’s scope of work included an initial condition survey; design of repair procedures and specification of materials for repair of cracks, spalling and replacement of severely deteriorated components and waterproofing repair membranes for surfaces exposed to weather. Pillar Design Group, Inc. developed construction documents for bidding and permitting of the required repairs.
