Pillar Design Group Inc. completed the structural engineering design and preparation of construction documents for two buildings; one 50,000 square foot and one 65,000 square foot, three-story housing assisted living facilities. The building structures are wood frames with bearing walls, wood joists, pre-engineered wood roof trusses and plywood shear walls.
